See a cohort run on Alethris.

One learner at Lagos Fashion Academy, our demonstration academy, from its website and her application to a certificate an employer can check.

Every cohort, in one place.

Each learner's application, fees, attendance and work sit on one record, and staff see what is waiting for them.

  • Applications and work to review
  • Transfers to confirm
  • Learners who need a follow-up

A named staff member decides. Always.

Work is assessed against a rubric, and every decision names the assessor who made it.

  • Approve, ask for changes or reject
  • Written feedback with every change request
  • Corrections keep the record they replace

Learners leave with proof an employer can check.

Every credential opens to a public record by its code or QR code.

  • Each skill names who judged it, and how
  • The work behind it, if the learner chooses
  • A Verified academy mark once we check the academy

Assistants

Let AI handle the first draft. Your staff make every decision.

Nothing an assistant drafts takes effect until a member of staff applies it.

Describe your programme. Review a complete draft.

The course builder drafts modules, lessons and outcomes from a short brief, for you to edit.

Assignments and rubrics

Briefs from your curriculum, with a rubric attached where one fits.

A marking checklist

What to look for under each criterion, from the brief and rubric, without reading the work.

A copilot for staff

Who needs attention, what awaits assessment and what is owed.

A Study Guide for learners

Lessons explained from the programme's own material.

For learners

A workspace made for learners' phones.

Academies choose Alethris; learners live in it.

An app on their phone

On the home screen, with lessons that open without a signal.

Reminders that arrive

A day and an hour before each session.

Feedback from a named assessor

Against the rubric, saying what to change.

Proof they keep

Credentials kept in one Skills Passport.

Built for how academies run here.

  • Fashion academies
  • Catering schools
  • Coding schools
  • Beauty academies
  • Welding schools
  • Media academies

Naira, card and transfer

Paystack, or transfers straight to your account.

Sponsors and discounts

Places paid by a funder, and discount codes.

Your cohort's group chat

Its WhatsApp or Telegram link in every workspace.

Assistants in local languages

English, Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba or Nigerian Pidgin.

Questions academies ask first.

Does AI decide our learners' results?
No. Assistants only draft. Only an assessor can approve or reject work, and AI stays off until you switch it on.
Can learners pay by bank transfer?
Yes. They can use Paystack's Pay with Transfer where you offer it, or pay straight into your own account for your staff to confirm.
What can an employer see?
The credential's holder, academy, programme and status, and each skill with who assessed it and how. Learners choose whether to show their work.
What happens to our records if we leave?
Every credential you issued stays verifiable, learners keep their accounts, and your lists download as spreadsheets.

Begin with a cohort, not a contract.

Alethris opens to academies in waves, and we will invite you as places open.
