COMPARE
Everything an academy could buy covers part of the same nine steps.
Course platforms, learning management systems, corporate training tools, credential services and the free stack most academies already run. Each is built for a real job. None of them is built for the whole chain, and several of them are a better buy than Alethris for the job they were built for.
THE MEASURE
The nine steps everything else is measured against.
From a stranger's application to an employer checking what the learner ended up with. Alethris holds the whole of it as one record; every other rail on this page is read against this one.
Alethris: Apply to Employer verifies, in One record per learner.
THE LANDSCAPE
What each kind of tool covers.
Drawn from what each product publishes about itself, and drawn generously: where one states a capability, its category is shown as covering it.
The usual stack: Apply, in Google Form; Admit, in Spreadsheet; Pay, in Payment link; Enrol, in WhatsApp group; Attend, in Zoom register; Submit to Assessed by staff, in Chat and email; Credential, in Canva; Employer verifies, nothing.

Four kinds of buyer who should stop here
- You sell a single recorded course to the public. A course platform costs less and does more of what you actually need.
- You run a primary or secondary school. Alethris has no timetable, no report cards and nothing for parents.
- You are a university, a student information system or an examination board. Alethris is none of those and is not becoming one.
- You train your own employees on compliance. A corporate LMS is built for that: nobody applies, and nobody pays you.
This list has not changed since the product was specified, and it is not going to. Alethris is for organisations that select an intake, teach it, judge the work and have to stand behind the result.
Start with the cohort that has to prove something.
Alethris opens to academies in waves, and we will invite you as places open. If the record Alethris keeps is not worth more to you than the tools it replaces, you will know before any payment is due.
